TRANSFORM
TRAUMA
How Does
Sexual Trauma Manifest?
Sexual abuse or assault can leave deep emotional wounds that last long after the event. It can happen in many ways—unwanted advances, molestation, rape, or being pressured by someone close, like a family member or partner.
If you’ve experienced this or something more extreme, you might feel shame, guilt, or fear. These can show up as anxiety, depression, or trouble trusting others. Whether it happened in childhood or later, sexual trauma can leave you feeling disconnected and unsafe.
Recovery takes time, but it’s possible.
I never realized how much my past was holding me back until Kaci helped me see it. Now, I have clarity, peace, and tools I can use for the rest of my life.

Frequently asked.
I’ve already had therapy / coaching. How is this different?
Traditional coaching focuses on setting goals, providing guidance, and offering accountability. Neurocoaching, on the other hand, goes deeper by using neuroscience-based methods to identify and rewire the subconscious patterns that hold you back, enabling deeper and longer-lasting transformation.
(Neuroscience is the study of the brain and nervous system, showing how thoughts, emotions, and behaviors are shaped. In neurocoaching, we use insights from neuroscience to help you understand and change your brain’s wiring for improved mental and emotional well-being at a biological level.)
My situation is pretty bad. How can neurocoaching help me?
Neurocoaching can help you overcome limiting beliefs, heal from past trauma, and develop new thought patterns. This allows you to create healthier relationships, achieve your goals, and experience lasting transformation in your personal and professional life.
Experiencing Sexual Trauma can create deep, painful patterns that may feel impossible to break. It can seem like balance and relief are out of reach.
That’s why I’ve built a ground-breaking resources to address and release the toughest trauma through in-depth neurocoaching. While recovery is a journey, the path can be clear, simple, and even joyful. I truly hope you’ll join my Sexual Trauma Group I’m here to support you every step of the way.
